At Oh The Places Travel, your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for travel planning and coordination purposes. We will never sell or share your personal data outside of our trusted travel supplier network. By submitting your information, you agree to be contacted for the purposes of planning and confirming your travel arrangements.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
AGENCY DISCLOSURE
Oh The Places Travel and all affiliated agents act as sales agents for any airline, hotel, car rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”).
We are not responsible for the Suppliers’ acts or omissions, their failure to provide services or adhere to schedules, or for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, delay, or irregularity caused by any third party not under our control.
Oh The Places Travel shall not be held responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused by terrorist activity, civil unrest, labor disputes, mechanical failures, disease outbreaks, criminal acts, or other circumstances beyond our control.
RESPONSIBILITY OF TRAVELER
Travelers are responsible for verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, and destination entry requirements. Visit http://travel.state.gov for current U.S. traveler guidelines. Non-U.S. citizens must check with their respective consulates.
RELATIONSHIP & RESPONSIBILITY
Oh The Places Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and the travel providers. We do not own or operate the entities providing services for your trip.
We do not accept responsibility for:
Cancelled/delayed trips due to inadequate travel documents.
Health-related trip disruptions.
Force majeure events (weather, strikes, terrorism, etc.).
Supplier errors, changes, or failures.
Lost or delayed baggage.
Missed transportation not pre-arranged through us.
Additional traveler-incurred fees (baggage, visas, etc.).
Refunds or penalties issued by suppliers.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. You will be offered a policy with each booking through Oh The Places Travel.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You will receive travel confirmations electronically or by mail at least two weeks prior to departure, including final details and supplier vouchers. These documents must be presented during your travels.
CHANGE & CANCELLATION FEES
In addition to any fees charged by the suppliers, Oh The Places Travel applies the following:
$250 Non-Refundable Plan-to-Book Deposit (applied toward trip total)
$100 Trip Change Fee
$200 Trip Cancellation Fee
$100 Island-Hopping Coordination Fee
$100 Optional Concierge Fee (dining, tours, childcare, etc.)
These fees reflect time spent researching, booking, and managing your travel plans.
AIRLINE POLICIES
It is your responsibility to know and follow all airline baggage and check-in policies. Please consult your airline directly.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By booking travel with Oh The Places Travel, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and you agree to the terms and conditions listed herein.

JURISDICTION
All legal matters will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Williamson County, Texas.
